Sunsets often happen in a hasty and disorganized way that causes stress, strife, and lots of loose ends. Organizations come to me to hold space for critical discernment and heavy emotions, facilitate difficult conversations, and support them in bringing their civic organization or project to an honorable close.

Closure Consultation
We will work together over an agreed-upon period of sessions to define priorities, determine a timeline, communicate critical decisions, and end in a way that everyone can be proud of.
I hold a space for you/your team to discuss, define, refine, and wrap-up operations.
This is for teams that have already decided to close or been informed they must close.
Closure Workshop Facilitation
A one-time workshop to help you think through various facets of your group’s lifespan and craft a shared narrative.
This is for teams that have already decided to close or been informed they must close, but are short on funding and/or time.
Speaking at your conference or gathering
I can speak at your conference or gathering about the history and importance of conscious closures in civic society, and help you think about steps attendees might consider to ensure a lasting legacy for your work and mission.
This is for teams that are not planning to close, but would like to explore the topic and strengthen their own legacy/succession planning and organizational resilience.
